After the purchase has been completed and the payment has been received, Badluck.cc will pack the products and ship them using Royal Mail. All orders are processed and shipped up to two working days since the moment the order was placed and the payment has been received ( Unless specified items like re-stocks or pre-orders ). For example, if you place an order on Friday or during the weekend, the products will be sent by Tuesday. We do not ship on national holidays or any other day that Royal Mail, considers to be a holiday or non-working day. Shipping rates vary based on the location the Products are shipped to, as well as the number and the type of ordered Products (weight and size).
Badluck.cc will accept returns on all products in the case that: - the product does not fit (even though the customer has checked the sizing chart), - the Product has not been manufactured properly, - the customer does not like the purchased product and wishes to return it. Users can return the products no later than 14 days after the products have been received. Before returning the products, customers are obligated to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org three days upon the delivery date, mentioning that they would like to return the products and a reason behind such action. From the day the customer and Badluck.cc agree on a return, the customer has 14 days to return the Product. If the customer decides to return the products, they are required to return the products in the original packaging, with no damages or signs that the products have been used. If the products are returned any differently than it is stated, Badluck.cc is not required to issue a refund. Customers that wish to return any products are responsible for the shipping costs. However, if the customer is returning the product as a result of the Company's mistake (the wrong Product is sent or in the wrong size), Badluck.cc is responsible for handling shipping costs.
